You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilising Nothingness Titles's names or trademarks without our express written consent.

You may use the Nothingness Titles products only as permitted by law. The licences to use Nothingness Titles products granted by Nothingness Titles terminate if you do not comply with these Conditions of Use or any Service Terms.

5. YOUR ACCOUNT

9. OUR LIABILITY

We will do our utmost to ensure that availability of the website Nothingness Titles will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free. 10. APPLICABLE LAW

These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. If you are a consumer and have your habitual residence in a country of the European Union, you additionally enjoy the protection afforded to you by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. We both agree to submit any disputes arising out of the business relationship between us to the jurisdiction of the courts of France, which means that you may bring a claim to enforce your consumer protection rights in connection with these Conditions of Use in France or in the EU country in which you live. We do not sell products for purchase by children. We sell children's products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18 you may use the Nothingness Titles website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. HOW TO ORDER

To purchase one or more products listed on the Website, select each product you wish to purchase and add it to your shopping cart. Once you have selected all the products you want to purchase, confirm the content of your shopping cart and place your order.

You will then be redirected to a page with a summary of the details of the products you have selected, their prices and the delivery options (with the relevant shipping costs). Choose the delivery options and the shipping and payment methods that work best for you.

The buy button is at the top of this page. Click on this button to confirm and place your order.

You will be sent a confirmation message that your order has been placed.

You consent to receive sales invoices electronically.

2. RIGHT OF CANCELLATION UP TO 15 DAYS, EXCEPTIONS TO CANCELLATION

You may retract your purchase for any reason within 15 days of receipt of your original order (i.e., the day you receive your title in the mail). Charges from your original order, including VAT or other customs fees, are non-refundable. Please include your contact details and order number. Refunds can be made up to 2 weeks after we have confirmed that you have cancelled your purchase. Your refund will be made using the original method of payment for your order. We can't send a refund to another card or bank account.

3. PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

All prices are inclusive of all French taxes (French VAT and other applicable taxes), unless stated otherwise.

4. CUSTOMS

Please note that when ordering from Nothingness Titles, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the products.

5. BUY NOW

Buy Now ordering is the fastest and easiest way to order products safely and securely from Nothingness Titles. If you are using a public or shared computer terminal, we strongly recommend that you deactivate Buy Now ordering when you are not at the computer.

6. OUR LIABILITY - WARRANTIES

We cannot be held responsible for the non-conformity of our digital products, since they are identical to what is advertised in the order. We are, however, responsible for our legal obligations in the country where you purchased our products.
